Got your '26 news right here.
Records, gigs, studio action and more.
It seems I've made a habit of updating my news just before getting on the Outlaw Cruise and this year is no exception. I'm gonna let you know about some recently released records I've produced, the best way to follow my live gigs and big news from my studio Cowboy Technical Services.
Here's a bunch of recent releases that I produced clockwise from upper left. Erik Vincent Huey's 2nd solo record "Fort Defiance", Mic Harrison & the High Score "Peach Blossom Youth", Tommy Womack's "Live a Little", Marshall Crenshaw's "From The Hellhole", Jon Loomis's "King of Good Intentions", The World Famous Blue Jays and both Yayhoos records "Fear Not The Obvious" and "Put The Hammer Down"
All these records are available from the links. The Yayhoos albums were re-mastered from the original tapes by Paul Gold at Salt Mastering for this, their very first, vinyl release. They are available as a package from Bloodshot Records.

The very best way to be notified if I'm playing in your area is to follow me on Bandsintown. Whether I'm playing with Sarah Borges, Erik Vincent Huey, George Gilmore or doing one of my own Eric Ambel gigs they will let you know. Follow me on Bandsintown here!
API 2448 at Cowboy Technical Services in Greenpoint, Brooklyn
Big news from my recording studio, Cowboy Technical Services, is that with the help of Wes Lachot we installed a custom configured API 2448 Discrete 56 input console. We upgraded all the wiring in the studio and added the world renowned ATC SCM 25A MK 2 monitors. It really is a dream come true for us at Cowboy Technical.
Projects that I'm currently working on include new albums from Sarah Borges, Mary Lee’s Corvette, Love Riot, Tim Heap and Hank Sinatra.
I also hope to tell you more about a new Eric Ambel recording project soon. The Jimbo Mathus is on tap to produce the record.
