We make music in this space in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.  Our main room is 28' x 23 and it is set up "no control room style".  We have our drums and isolation cabinets for bass and guitar in the room w 6 headphone stations and our NEOTEK Elan console. Our vocal/overdub booth is 16' x 12' and has full sightlines.  We've got a Hammond A-100 and a Spinet piano in there with a bunch of amps. Also adjacent to the studio is a second ISO room(16' x 12') that is wired for sound and set up with another computer station, tape storage, guitar workbench and some bike tools.  Outside the studio is a large comfortable hangout room with the only bar in New York you can smoke at.
