Took some Photos for Roberto Cipriano's Fixed Gear Gallery Knickers Review

While I was on tour in November of '05 with Steve Earle & the Dukes in Australia. I left my Todd Hanson custom painted DeBernardi Track Bike with NY Cycling Artist Taliah Lempert. She did some portraits of the bike while I was away on tour. Check the out the paintings!

I got to interview Taliah for the fantastic web site Fixed Gear Gallery.
The interview is here

Rocky Mountain Bikes Solo 50ST- Columbus Spririt Steel & Columbus Carve Carbon fork and rear triangle.

I get the scowl from some of my fixed gear bretheren when I'm on this thing but it rides so great I don't give a damn.

Bianchi Pista Concept '07.   Sold the Fuji Track Pro and the orange KHS and got this light/stiff thing.  The Vivalo got me thinking I should be riding a little bigger frame.  This thing fits really good.  Pic on the night of the build.  Lily is unimpressed

Japanese Steel

Sashae hooked me up with this Vivalo, 57cm Isiwata Steel Keirin frame...........something really fantastic about the

way the steel keirin frames ride.

SKUNKWORKS.......

Rocky Mountain Bikes Track Bike Prototype frame......shhhhhh its a test model!!! (not yet slated for production)

Here's the Rocky prototype frame built up w some parts I had around. I'm diggin' it.  Oversized Steel tubing.  18.46 pounds total weight.

Waiting on a proper track fork (w less rake).  I've been riding this thing a lot since it showed up.  The rear triangle is mighty stiff but the ride leans towards plush.  Bike has a very 'positive feel'.  Road fork on a track frame is a pretty interesting thing.

here's an update on the KHS Aerotrack.

Here's my Todd Hanson painted DeBernardi it its current state after working on geting it all dolled up for the 2nd Annual Fixed Gear Symposium in Traverse City, Michingan.  August 10-12.  New custom brazed steel stem made by Johnny Coast of Brooklyn

"Best Paint" Fixed Gear Symposium 2 '06  (the handmade Dennis Bean-Larson mug was the prize!)

This fantastic creation from Todd Hanson (the guy who painted three beautiful Telecasters for me)  This is an older De Bernardi Columbus Steel Lugged Track frame that Todd painted to match my white Stonetree Telecaster.  Speical thanks to the guys at Trackstar who got it going for me!  This pic is from the first buildout on the bike.
